Your everything..where would you be

Its a hard thing to think about, to lose everything but still love the someone who took it away. Reading today they talked about everthing the econmie was doing..how we could be poor like they havent seen since 1945, to think that you could lose everytrhing in an instance. But also reading a saw that God reminds us in hard times hat he is faithful and that we still have a God who promises us a lifetime in His kingdom.

So is that good enough for us..to know that we will constitly be loved and with a home from the one who created us…

for a long time that wasnt good enough for me..my earthly tresures were far more important then what I was getting from the one and only, the love that I had been recieving but have totally forgot about in the hard times. My earthly treasures was what I wanted not God..

To think what if your computer just right now crashed, dead right in front of you, or what if the car that you expect to drive to your job just dies and you lose your job for it. could you handle that. could you be okay with not having anything. You know sitting here I think back and reazlied that all I have truly cared about in my relationship with God is the things that he gives me. I never truly relied on God I relied on all the things that he gave me..but it still wasnt good enough. 

So if your not to the point where if you would lose everything that you wouldnt be okay and that you still wouldnt have the love for God that you need to have through everything because HE DIED FOR YOU..then you need to check yourself..just like I had to do. If you cant accept the greatest good of this world all by Himself then there is something wrong. 

So my challenge is to get to the point where if something happens in your life you will be okay because you know you have the greatest good the world can offer you because He gave you the world!
